Public Relations (PR)

The basic objective of PR is to maintain and improve the image of the organization (company) with the relationship to its internal (employees) and external environment (customers, suppliers, investors, etc..). Using following methods, the organization provides information to its customers and using feedback it evaluates and then modifies its sales methods and techniques. Unlike advertising PR focuses on long-term goals such as the company's image and relationships and communication with target groups.
